Flight Training Programs
All training is conducted under Part 61 — one instructor, one aircraft, and a training plan built around your schedule and progress rather than a fixed class structure.
The Part 61 Approach
Part 61 of the Federal Aviation Regulations governs flight training conducted outside of a certificated flight school curriculum, offering more flexibility in scheduling and lesson order than a structured Part 141 program. Instructor Evan C. Chapman brings experience in both Part 61 and Part 141 instructional environments — including USAF officer training — to a Part 61 program built specifically around each student.
